Gregory D. Pike
Gregory D. Pike has 22 years of experience as a trial lawyer. His practice focuses on representing individuals and corporations in personal injury, product liability and premise liability litigation. Mr. Pike represents private, insured and self-insured clients with an emphasis on large exposure cases involving catastrophic injury and wrongful death. He also represents insurance companies involved in uninsured motorist and underinsured motorist arbitration proceedings.
Well acquainted with the courtroom, Mr. Pike has tried in excess of twenty jury trials to verdict. In addition to his trial experience, he has arbitrated well over two hundred first-party uninsured and underinsured motorist cases and disputed medical payment claims.
In representing corporate defendants in product liability and asbestos litigation, Mr. Pike has developed winning defense and litigation strategies for a variety of product manufacturers, contractors, distributors, suppliers, and property owners since the late 1980's. In premises liability litigation, he has successfully litigated cases involving boundary disputes, security guard negligence and defective design claims.
Mr. Pike’s work has earned him an AV rating from the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory, indicating the highest level of professional competence and legal ethics based on a survey of California attorneys. In addition, for the past four consecutive years he has been named as a Northern California Super Lawyer in Litigation, an honor bestowed upon the top five percent of California attorneys, based on peer nominations, a blue ribbon panel review and independent research.
